Shipping Policy


Most orders will be processed and shipped with 5-10 business days. However, processing and shipping may be slightly delayed during the holidays.

Please keep in mind that it is not possible to upgrade shipping when an order is already in print. Also, once you have confirmed your order, it might not be possible to edit or cancel it. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis. 

The risk of loss of, damage to and title for orders pass to you upon our successful delivery to the shipping carrier. It shall be your responsibility to file any claim with a shipping carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the order was delivered. In such case no refunds will be issued and the order will not be resent.

If shipping carrier tracking indicates that an order was lost in transit, you need to submit a written claim for replacement of the lost product(s) to be compliant with our Return Policy. For orders lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.  All such claims are subject to our investigation and sole discretion.
